Free Enough

This app has paid upgrades — but its free tier is the complete product. Most people who use it never feel the need to pay.

Free version includes core file search, app launch, filters and commands with no nagging; Pro ($19.95 one-time) adds dark theme, custom filters and actions, network-drive indexing and a commercial-use license.
